Content Strategist

As a Content Strategist, you’ll help shape how brands show up in the world through ideas, stories, and experiences that people actually want to engage with. You’ll be a key member of the Real Art team, working across brand campaigns, digital experiences, social content, activations, and pitches to develop strategic thinking that inspires breakthrough creative.


You are endlessly curious, culturally aware, and collaborative by nature. You know how to uncover meaningful insights, identify opportunities, and turn complexity into clear understandable content. You’re equally comfortable writing a strategic brief, shaping a content ecosystem, or helping refine the voice of a campaign idea in the room.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative writing that is aligned to brand goals, audience needs, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, design, production, and account teams to shape integrated brand experiences across digital, social, experiential, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead strategic research into audiences, competitors, cultural trends, and category dynamics to inform creative development.
  • Create strategic frameworks, messaging architectures, content pillars, and editorial approaches for client campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Write creative briefs and help guide concepts from early ideation through execution.
  • Support new business efforts through research, strategic positioning, and pitch development.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, technologies, and behaviors that create opportunities for innovative storytelling.
  • Present strategic thinking clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Four or more years of experience in creative writing, content strategy, brand strategy, or a related role within an agency or creative environment.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling across social, digital, experiential, and branded content ecosystems.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate research and insights into actionable creative direction.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and build strong relationships.
  • Passion for culture, media, design, technology, and emerging digital trends.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Insatiably curious and excited by ambitious creative work.

This is primarily an in-office position with some flexibility to be in front of clients across the country.
